Cancellation Policy

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their orders and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
When can I cancel the order?
Cancellation of orders must be done 24 hours before the dispatch of orders at the shipping address of the customer by putting email to All refunds would be processed through the same way as the payment was made and would appear in your respective account.
I forgot to cancel the order and the order is already shipped now. What can I do now?
You can return the product within 7 days from the date of receiving the product provided the product is returned in its original packing and has not been used at all.

We will refund the order amount if the products received by the customer are returned back to our office in its original packing. Customer will have to bear the cost of sending the products back to our office.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of Payment Gateway payments refund will be made to the same account.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
